Jeremiah 37:10-12

¹⁰ Even if you ·defeated [^Lstruck] all of the ·Babylonian army [^LChaldeans] that is ·attacking [fighting] you and there were only a few injured men left in their tents, they would ·come from their tents [^Lrise up] and burn ·down Jerusalem [^Lthis city with fire]!”

¹¹ So the ·Babylonian [^LChaldean] army left Jerusalem to fight the army of ·the king of Egypt [^LPharaoh]. ¹² Now Jeremiah tried to travel from Jerusalem to the land of Benjamin to get his share of the property ·that belonged to his family [^Lamong the people; 32:1–15].
